If you like drama and want your tenants at each other's throats then Melrose is the place to go.they'll fill your apts with low life's Then get dirt on Them so they can control them with fear.They overcharg the landlords mostly for work they don't do.If you are respectable don't hire them.a bunch of gossiping employees who have no life.pay attention to the " walk through" part of the lease and the cronies they hire create work for each other when you r not looking
