Lisa is always so warm and friendly. We come here for grooming and daycare and my dog is always so eager to go in. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

Lisa always does such a wonderful job, she always gets my pup cut just the way I want. And she always makes Lucy so pretty with a bow at the end. I have been going there for years and she has never let me down.

My wife and I are in the ARMY and recently stationed here. Our neighbors recommended us to Lisa's for grooming, so we gave her a try. We have been to many groomers over the years (because of moving around a lot) and Lisa's Pet Pawlor is the best by far. We were most impressed by how friendly she was and how kind she was with our animals. The prices were more then reasonable (especially with the military discount) and she groomed our dog exactly how we wanted her. None of the other groomers we ever went to could get it right! We were surprised to see that she also provides boarding and daycare. We took our dogs there last week for boarding, and although our dogs were happy to see us when we got back, I think they were sad to go. Great place to board or groom your dogs!

I have always had excellent service from Lisa's. I recommend to everyone I know. She had GREAT prices and always has a smile on her face. Her shop is a second home to my puppy, she just loves going there for daycare! I have also gotten her groomed by Lisa and I was very impressed with her work. My doggy never let's me or anyone else cut her nails but Lisa can do it very easily and quickly! It amazes me! Anyways I have never had any bad experiences with Lisa!

This is my favorite dog groomer ever! The groomer here seems like she really cares and my lab always looks so AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL when I pick her up. I've tried several others in the area, but this place will always be my first pick.

I used to take my dog here for 2 reasons; it was close to work and it was cheap. I should have stuck to my usual motto of, "you get what you pay for". The daily rate for dog daycare is $15. I noticed that he would throw up plastic bright colored chunks after each visit. I found out thru observation that it was one of the plastic balls at the daycare that had been chewed down and no longer in "ball" form. I asked the owner if she could please put the ball up when he was there, (about 2 days a week). She said of course, but alas , there were a couple more incidents of plastic vomiting. There were other things that I noticed did not settle right with me. She does not employ anyone to help her with the animals. She is the only one there all day AND she takes grooming appointments. To keep the dogs in check from a distance, she would squirt them with a water bottle. Something with I think could be avoided if there was proper supervision. Buyer Beware!

My purebred, professionally trained, AKC St. Bernard was taken to this woman for the simple task of a wash, dry, and trim of his feet ONLY. When I arrived home, he was not only still VERY wet, but had crazy chunks of hair sticking all over out of his paws, which had been groomed with what looked like a pair of child's safety scissors. His white muzzle was stained a light orange, and he had not even been brushed or shedded. Moreover, she charged EIGHTY DOLLARS, which is not unreasonable- but for eighty dollars, he should look ready to walk into a show ring- the way he looked, I wouldn't even walk him in the park. When I called and spoke to the owner, she was BRISQUE bordering on RUDE, and told me that she hadn't had the time to get him dry, or to trim his paws well because he was wet. When he was picked up, she told my bofriend that he has been "very well behaved," but told me on the phone that his muzzle was orange because he was "ill-behaved." I said I understood not having time t
