Be cautious going to Fir Creek Pediatrics. During our first visit (a school physical/well care check that's 100% covered by insurance), Michelle "Miki" Hayes asked my 7 year-old if he had any other questions. He told her that he sometimes felt he had water in his ears when he shook his head. She said his ears looked fine and asked if we wanted a referral to audiology. We then received a $100 bill for a "diagnosis" of hearing loss in both of his ears. My son does not have hearing loss. By adding this diagnosis code to my son's chart, she collects additional money. Unacceptable and unethical. I'm very disappointed by the integrity of this office.

Professional, timely and friendly. My kids are not afraid to see the ARNP and we rarely wait more than 5min in the waiting room.

We were charged for an additional office visit at a well child exam for asking a question. Unless you want to be charged every time you visit in case you ask a question go else where
