I really enjoy coming to a family owned pet store with a variety of rabbits and hermit crabs. But still there is some things I think they could improve, starting with prices I've really always loved the rabbits here but they are a bit pricey, also there is wayyy to many rabbits in that glass enclosure. Also, even though the mice in the mouse cage were obviously feeder mice they still need more

space than that, they're was even empty cages right next to the over populated ones that did disappoint me. Also the mixed bred dogs that were 800$

Horrible customer service! I met up with my husband and two of my youngest kids there. We instantly fell in love with a puppy and was able to hold and play with him. My husband was a bit hesitate and was talking with a girl (I'm assuming she was the manager) and told her he was more interested in bigger breed of dogs and we used to have a shih tzu but ended up having to have him adopted out.

Couple hours later, I returned with my older girls to purchase the puppy and bring him home but wanted them to hold him to see if he would make a good fit in our large family first. When I asked the same girl if we can hold him again, she told me it was only for serious buyers and my husband was not interested and how we had to give our dog to the shelter and they just can't have that happen.

First of all, my husband does not make the household decisions. Secondly, my dog was given to the shelter because we had a baby on the way and he was having problems going to the bathroom in our house which became a health issue with a baby in the house. He was immediately adopted within the second week.

Also, I feel I did not have to give an explaination to an employee especially if I was there to purchase the puppy. The girl was very rude and unprofessional. I can understand the concern of the puppies going home to a safe and well loved home but she took it too far. Needless to say we will look elsewhere for a puppy.

I went to the Coin shop to see about pricing some rare coins I had collected over the years. The Gentleman behind the counter not only was helpful but went beyond the expected giving me lessons on how to grade and judge coins for the value and quality. He answered all of my questions and I walked away with a new wealth of knowledge. I can't remember his name but He was great. Thanks again.

I refuse to ever shop here again. My boyfriend and I bought a rabbit there 4 months ago and she just passed away last night from abcesses she contracted at the pet store. They keep entirely to many rabbits in one cage with poor living conditions, not to mention there purebred puppies that they keep in small cages that reak of urine and feces and have barely enough room for the puppy to turn around in. Their prices may be reasonable, but all they care about is making money and not the poor conditions they keep these animals in. Their prices may be reasonable but I'd much rather pay the extra money to get a healthy animal and not support an establishment like that!
