The Company offers discounted, flat fee attorneys to members. Service provided is: negotiates and finalizes agreement on flat-fee, reduced attorney fees, coordinates case information on behalf of the driver to the attorney, and remains by the member's side to ensure understanding of procedures. Primary responsibility for the casework, case documents, decisions, and communications with the member remains in the hands of the attorney who is licensed to practice law. Legal assistance saves from the negatives of unfamiliar court procedures and hiring an attorney who may not understand the trucking industry or will not discount their legal fees. Approximately 9 out of 10 cases handled by legal representation keeps professional driver records clean or minimizes charges to the licenses. DOT safety charges are also handled by trained available attorneys.
