You sent me to a job that had total disregard for my personal safety. Then you refused to pay me.

OSHA agreed with me and did a surprise investigation. Alcon Industries had to pay fine of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Dollars, see attached.

If I do not receive the full balance of my pay, a check in my mailbox by Saturday 1/3/15 I will file a complaint to OSHA and Other branches of The Department of Labor against Great Works and Alcon for withholding pay, and you will also be fined. I will also post the facts of this on all employment review websites to warn others of your operation.

This is not fooling around, Saturday the full balance of the $500 you owe me, not a penny less.
