We have always had a positive experience when dealing with Value City Furniture in Lakewood, and this time was no different. We were greeted by Brittany when we walked in the door, and she spoke to us for a few minutes before leaving us on our own to move around the store. I like the fact that she did not follow us around and only checked in periodically to see if we had any questions or needed any guidance. We were looking for a couch and loveseat, and we found several items we liked. Finally decided on our set, and Brittany finalized the sale and explained the details of our purchase and delivery. We were done in about an hour. With all of the sales and incentives there was no need to look anywhere else. Brittany was pleasant and professional, and she made our shopping experience effortless.
