Very unclean: blood splatter remains on the bathroom wall for over a month. Roaches noted walking around the facility. Staff show disrespect towards clients by shouting and scaring them awake and laughing about it. Care plans are merely pieces of paper handed to clients to sign without ever going over the actual plan of care. Multiple health code violations and patient abuse issues that go without any corrective resolution.
