Provided by YP.comThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I advice anyone to not do business with this company. Not only did they not diagnose the problem with my TV correctly, they ignored my requests to speak to an authorized representative, and returned my TV with the same and new problems. They do not return phone calls and you can never speak to anyone who has touched your appliance. Please, stear clear of this company.
