The management are some of the best ones around. They are down to earth, regular people just like the rest of us. They were polite, helpful and understanding when I ran into a tight spot and were very kind any time I spoke to them or had any interaction with them. Most places don't have "real people" who understand "real problems". Most of the time the people who run these places don't want to hear anything but " Here is your money". These folks may not have the most luxurious rooms in town, but where they lack in one thing here or there, they more than make up with their customer service, kindness and concern for the people and their families who live there. They have a mobile food pantry "Brown Bag Ministries" that comes once or twice a week bringing tons of food, and if needed, prayer for everyone who lives there.
The owner of the Weekly Inn should be commended for everything he and his staff do to help with the real life problems the families in their community might be facing.
All of them Heros in my mind.

I have been staying at the Weekly Inn for about a month now. When I first arrived I was greeted by Maria, “The On-Site Manager”. She was very friendly, efficient and attentive. I have felt very comfortable and safe here. Most of the guest have been here for a long period of time so it feels more like home and everyone makes you feel like you belong. Maria and Her husband Chris seem to work24/7. They do everything from managing the office, clean the rooms, laundry, maintenance and everything else needed to keep the motel running efficiently. Then they go above and beyond to make the guest who most of them are already struggling feel even more at home. On Halloween they put candy bags and other goodies together for all the kids staying here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No Bed Bugs. They keep the rift-raft away. I have stayed at almost all the motels on W. Colfax Avenue over the 1 ½ years and this place by far beats all of them. Its not the Hilton but if you have wound up like a lot of others and need to stay in a motel for awhile - I would say go there first. You will be happy and avoid all the crap that you would of put up with somewhere else…

A LITTLE LESS MISERABLE!!!!!!!!

The staff lady has no life. She hunts for stupid reasons to kick people out and think she's a tough cool woman when in reality she's either on drugs or mentally unstable. I was kind I waited patiently for a room she kicked a poor mom and kids out of she tried to have us arrested. I just laughed I'm a good girl and it was confirmed no warrants no Orange jump suits but maybe her if she keeps it up along with her fake cop. My advice tell everyone to go to la quinta. They don't verbally abuse tenants there or act like little kids.

ok i'm THE NEW property Manger here @ the Weekly Inn, SO far we've been OUR hardest to keep ALL the BAD things & ppl AWAY from our motel, WE may NOT be the cleanest place here but WE are aiming to get the job done, A REMINDER >>>>>>> WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS<<<<<<

This place is horrible. Dirty rooms, no room service,druggies and prostitutes everywhere. There was no air conditioner so the maintaince man put in a old smelly one which isnt even then worst part. He didnt know how to install it. And hes also the maid there. We paid $345for a week and stayed one day and wouldnt give us a refund. Also there is no smoking in the room but apperantly smoking pot and anything else illigal goes. As we were returning our keys the manager Laurie Wilson yelled at me to get off the property. Dont waste your monet on this DUMP!!!!

Ivonne M. Kathy no longer works at the motel. We are crime free and drug free. I am sorry you had a bad experience.

crackhead motel an manager (Kathy)......ripped me off an didnt even stay here! they charged my credit card when they got my info!!!.......
