I have bought many cars from Stevinson. My first two were from the Toyota Stevinson dealership. But after a yr the wife wanted to upgrade to a luxury car. I shopped around and at the end I went to Stevinson Lexus. Prior to my arrival there I called and spoke with a sales man Mike Sanchez. He helped me with the sales transaction. He fought for me and worked my deal as his own. I've ran into a lot of sleezy sales guys all my life as I am a car guy. But with Mike Sanchez he treated me like a human being. He showed his concern for my happiness. Even when I didn't like a part of the deal he would make sure he addressed it till I was happy. Hard to find. I also appreciated the no pressure sales. He wasn't pushy. I have bought two vehicles from him. A white 2015 Lexus ES350 Crafted Line and a black 2015 GX 460. I also been looking for a daily commuter as I don't want to put too many miles on my new cars and Mike is helping me with that. I'm so pleased with his service that the new 2015 Supra is coming out that I have requested because it is a Stevinson store that he goes across the street and does my deal with me. If he cant I wont buy it.It takes a lot to trust a sales guy but I can tell you he comes highly recommended by me. Also for financing get Deb. She's freaking awesome! Do not let them put you with anyone else. My credit score had dropped a lil due to enquiries she worked that bank and got me a better deal than the last time I came in and bought a car. I had the other finance person the first time. That person was good but not as good as Deb!!! If you have Mike Sanchez and Deb the finance lady that's one hek of a deal. You'll leave that dealership happy!

Normally I tend to not bother with dealers in general, but in regards to my recent used car purchase (2008 Infiniti FX45) from Stevinson Lexus-- I was pleasantly surprised how smooth it went and how Mr. Wood handled the whole process without much concern on my end and went above and beyond to get me the pricing I considered more than fair.

One often hears that buying a car is an onerous encounter but we had quite the opposite experience. Don Wood and the dealership were knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of our 2012 Lexus es350. We recommend them.

After test driving the GX, there were no question that this was the car that my wife and I wanted. I told Don Wood that if he could find the exact color, interior and exterior, that we would buy it. Other dealers had told us that it couldn't be done. Don came through with flying colors. He kept us up-to-date on the delivery status and we truely got the car of our dreams.We get a lot of admirers when we are driving around and we always mention to go to Don Woods if they want a car of their dreams also.

Terrific experience. We have owned two Lexus RX and received 140,000 miles of trouble free service from each. We replaced on in 2010 with a new Hybrid RX. I was undecided about whether to replace the second one and weather Hybrid or not? New or slightly used? I went to Stevinson, talked to Mike Ayers. He asked good questions and listened well. He identified a car that would meet the needs very well - not a spec I had considered, but a better fit, and I left happy. Further, I know a fair amount about cars and was treated respectfully.

Don Woods is the epitome of an excellent salesperson! Great to have someone in sales that truly knows his product, doesn/t browbeat the competition, and isn/t twisting on your arm. I really enjoyed my purchase experience with Stevinson Lexus (except that I could not negotiate down using a cash transaction). The salesman was very nice and smart and the whole process was quick.

I was in an accident and my 2005 4Runner was totaled. I had to find a car and quick. My husband and I decided to check out Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood as we had always heard great things about them. When we got there we were immediately greeted by a salesman by the name of Craig Bluhm who was more than happy to help us. He definately knew what he was talking about and was able to show us numerous different cars in our price range that would also be good for our family of four. He was very energetic and I definately got the feeling that he truly cared about us as the customer and he wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He ended up showing us a Lexus RX 300. We liked it so much we decided to purchase it and couldn't be happier. To me customer service is most important when I am looking to purchase anything. I would truly recommend Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood to anyone looking to by a car.

WOW - Where do I begin. What an amazing experience! In the past I have dreaded looking for a car. The entire process is stressful and in most situations I have felt pressured. I felt none of this while dealing with Brent.Doing business with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood has been hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had while buying a car. Brent took care of me from the minute I stepped out of my car. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable. He has called me after the purchase to check in with me. I didn't have time to go over all the features on my car the day I drove off the lot so Brent has kept in touch and followed up with me to ensure that I know everything I need to know about my vehicles features.
