Great Place, Better Service!

After having visited many motorcycle stores in the metro area we were glad to finally go to Foothills Triumph in Lakewood. We were tired of meeting commission- hungry salesmen and when we went to Foothills it was a welcome relief to finally meet a sales staff who cared. We walked in just to browse, but ended up leaving with a new Bonneville- that speaks to how paramount a good sales staff is to a business. As we left Jim (salesman) told us "Welcome to the Family", which I didn't quite get until later when we were involved in an auto accident on our new bike. We had to deal with all the hassels of insurance and I had to speak with Matthew Morrison, head of sales at Foothills, on numerous issues. He always remembered who we were, made himself available to help, and went above and beyond what was expected to help us out. Don't bother going anywhere else, it's worth making Foothills a part of your "family."

Fantastic Customer Service!

Foothills goes the extra mile to help their customers! I had a carb drain screw fall off my Bonneville after I re-jetted. The guys at Foothills didn’t have the part in stock so they pulled the screw off of a carb that was sitting in their service department. They saved me from having a wrecker come and pick up the bike and they gained a happy customer. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

I have purchased 3 motorcycles from Foothills BMW / Triumph Motorcycles and experienced nothing but honest transactions and integrity. The customer service in all departments is second to none.I would recommend Foothills to my closest friends for their purchases.

customer unfriendly

Had an incident when I purchased a motorcycle from this company, the advertising was misleading and the salesman manipulated the sales contract to deprive me of a promotional product. The Auto Industry Dealers Board cited the dealer for statutory violations after the dealer refused to discuss or try to resolve the matter with me. Will not do business with them again.
