Amazing customer service. Absolutely a step up from the treatment given from any other tire/repair shop. This location has been absolutely wonderful when taking an extra minute out of their day to make sure there is customer satisfaction. Tim was a Rockstar and did an incredible job fixing my 'problem child' of a car and searched to get to the bottom of my issues/repairs.

From what I know, Big O Tires has a good reputation. However, this shop is the exception. I took my car in for new spark plugs and a filter, which I thought should have been pretty simple. Almost $900 later, and my car was worse (and unsafe to drive the next day) they jerked me around on the price and repairs. They would not provide documentation or old parts. I was not allowed to speak with a manager, and I am not sure he ever received my messages. Most of the problems were with employee "Bob" but he was not the only one. They were extremely unprofessional the whole time and simply refused to deal with me, although I was polite each time I tried (not that it should matter). This may have been because I am a woman, and Bob went so far as to imply that I was either lying or didn't know what I was talking about. My suggestion is if you are looking for a new shop to take your car - keep looking.
