I was impressed and great full for informing me of a potential serious situation with the motor mounts in need of having to be replaced when checking my transmission.

I took my VW GTI into Adavanced Transmissions on 44th and Wadsworth for a Transmission issue. Car was damaged due to the negligence of the mechanic and was not even repaired correctly. There were also parts left off my vehicle and incorrect parts replaced for the parts they lost. Very dissatisfied with this company and will not be returning.

This owner of this shop is dishonest and cant admit when he makes a mistake. His shop did some work incorrectly for me and he tries to blame the original builder of the transmission or me. He wont just man up and admit he made a mistake. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and all I wanted was my $156 dollars returned to me for doing some adjustments on my transmission incorrectly. But like I said he blamed others for his mistake.

I had my jeep taken to Advanced transmission to have the transfer case rebuilt. I was informed that it would cost $1100 to have rebuilt. After they removed the transfer case I was told it would be $1900 to have it fixed. I then had it towed to All American Four Wheel Drive to have the repairs done. The cost was $1450 to have the work done including the tow. Plus they offered a rent a car while the work was being done.

They installed a TV cable on my car when the throttle on the carburetor was only opening half way. The throttle has to be able to achieve wide open throttle for any TV cable to be adjusted correctly. They charged me $156 dollars to do this incorrectly. I asked for my money back with a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they tried to blame the original builder of the transmission. The original builder did not set up the throttle cable or the TV cable. I took my car to Advanced transmissions to install the TV cable and paid them to do it wrong.

I found the entire experience to be quite staisfactory. The shop was professional, they kept me informed all the way, and the job was done right. They seem to really care and said if there was any problem they would make it right, and i believe them

We are a medium sized business with 9 vehicles and we always use Advanced they are honest and competitive with price.

I found the manager I spoke with to very helpful and responsive. The work was done quickly and I had a much better experience here than I have at other auto shops. Glad I know about this place!

I don't have much car knowledge, so I am always a bit intimidated when I have to get something repaired. But I had such a good experience at Advanced Transmission and was treated with respect and courtesy. They were honest and fair and I had my car back fast!

I am confussed by the previous review. I called Advanced Transmision Center after talking with other transmission shops. I was amazed by their customer service. They were helpful, knowledgable and fair. I highly recommend their services. It is nice to go into a shop and be treated with respect from start to finish! Great work, guys!

I found the staff to be rude and very unproffesional. After talking to a man ( NOT A GENTLEMAN) in the office I left. It was obviouse he didn't want my business and I was taking up his time with questions. I found a much better shop down the street at Sheridan and Mississippi on the south east corner.
