Bad bad bad!

Received dozen roses for anniversary....poor quality and roses wilted and died after 3 days....I contacted the store and they refused to replace and/or offer me money off. So sad that. customer service and value of business does not exist. I used to use this place for over 20 years...not sure if new "foreign" owner ir what but we will NOT ever give our business again.

Hello...you should keep your customers happy, remember we are king and will determine if your business succeeds. NOT!
