This is the worst gym ever! You get what you pay for. The manager and the staff are rude and disrespectful. You can't complain because they refuse to give you the owner's name. They act like they can just get away with bad service. They give you the run-around about everything. If the manager acts as rude as he does, the staff will act the same way. It's horrible. Henry (manager) is a crook. FYI, I reported this company to the BBB.



I cancelled my membership and they were still charging my account for the next 3 months. I called the manager about it and he gave me the run-around. He said that my membership has already been cancelled and he would call me back. He never did. I continously had to call him back. They are crooks.



The standing tanning beds are an additional $10/mo. , but you can't tan without goggles. Half the time they are completely out of googles. It's dirty and unsanitary. They do not clean the surrounding area. Also, there is always a problem with the timer. It was a hassle just to tan for 20 mins because I had to keep asking for help when it broke down.



I would not refer anybody to this gym. I'd rather pay more for 24 Hr. Fitbness or LA Fitness for better service and cleanliness. Who cares about the $10/mo. when the staff and manager are as rude as they are!!!
