Provided by YP.comI received a haircut on 3 15 18 tipped the same lady I have used last few times and went home only to find that both ears have a 1/2" side wall around them & left side chopped & not layered & only one eye brow was trimmed. I have been going there for a few years with mixed results but never hacked like this. Manager offered money back no apology. L.P.
