I made the mistake of hiring this engineering firm based on recommendations from the town "good guy " list. They were hired to design a new septic system. (I wouldn't hire them now to design a clothesline!) Communication was non existent, no discussion as to options for design or type of system, they just through together a POS on their computer and that was it! I was on a time crunch because the property was sold, otherwise I would have went elsewhere! They initially submitted the wrong plans and had to modify them and wanted me to pay for it! They also knew the requirement for as built to include elevations, which they charged me an additional $400! Do yourself a favor and find a company where the "engineers" are not a bunch of millennials.
