Jordan Mobile Home Service recently completed installing a new roof, two new exterior doors, and new ducting underneath our manufactured home. From start to finish, their service was friendly and professional. They showed up on time, and the work was completed quickly. I'm especially impressed with the quality of their work. All aspects of work were done correctly, no short-cuts were taken, and there was great attention to detail. All moulding and trim were cut with perfect angles, and fit together perfectly. All edges were sealed neatly with caulk. Everything is weather tight.

I can't speak highly enough about their workmanship and friendly service. I already have requested a quote for a new service and will be recommending them to anyone needing their services.

I was searching for Jordan's mobile home inspection services, but Dave Jordan is too wily to leave electronic tracks. He is the father of the Jordan mobile home services business, run by his equally incompetent sons. Do not use this business for inspection service, at best it's a joke, at worst it's fraud. What's even worse, he was recommended by Mobile Home Connection for his "outstanding" work, which means he is in cahoots with them, an equally unethical business.

What a major mistake. I am still repairing the work they did. Over priced and nothing works the way it should. Water leaks EVERYWHERE! I can't believe the awful workmanship...shameful. Worst part is, they are supposed to be a Christian owned business? Man, I am sure God is not too happy to have his name connected with this company. I have already torn off all the work they did on my roof and it has only been 2 years because of teh leaking. What a mistake.

In January of 2010, I had Jordan Mobile Home Services apply vinyl siding to a newly constructed detached garage. They ordered the materials and installed the siding and custom trim in a competent manner. They did an excellent job of matching the existing siding and trim on my main residence. It took awhile to get the materials, but that was the fault of the east coast distributor.



I would recommend them for vinyl siding work. I would use them again. They are the only company I found locally that could or would do vinyl siding work, and they did a good job.

I called this company two months ago to fix a bent awning post and was told that they would come out the following week to make this quick and easy repair. They NEVER showed up or even bothered to make a curtesy call. If this is the way they do business, forget it. I'm sure there are other professionals that would like to make the business contact in hopes for larger jobs in the future and recommendations.
