Stonecrafters did a fine job on my bathroom countertop. Dave and his staff went out of their way to work with me and help me find the perfect piece of granite. They were very professional in all ways. Timely installation. I will go back for more granite when the need arises.

We purchased our new granite counters and a quartz bathroom sink at Stonecrafters and couldn't be happier! The selection was perfect for our needs, the prices were competitive and the installation was fast and precise. They went over and above to accommodate our needs and I only have good things to say about my experience with Stonecrafters.

Had Quartz counter tops installed with a nice cut out for the undermount sink, but seams were awful and then had 2 sections that were completely different colors right in visable sight. Dupont along with Stonecrafters did not want to replace their workmanship along with defective product. Once we contacted a lawyer to discuss our options the company wanted to replace the product. Customer service is undesirable as well! They are not timely with promise of installation, no one knows what is going on with your counter top project, they don't follow-up with phones calls as they expect you to call if you don't hear from them. They still use belittling tactics not only the office staff but the installers also. They want the customer to follow their contract rules but they don't follow what their contracts state! I am very disappointed with Stonecrafters even though they replaced the missed matched counter top pieces but now my undermount sink is not cutout properly. I would not recommend this company unless you like bad quality in workmanship, awful customer services and being degraded!!!!!!

St6onecrafters installed countrtops in my kitchen in 12/11. This company is amazing, when the installer noticed a bowed wall he did not just slap on the back slapsh but gave us time to consider our options, offered adjustment ideas and allowed us several days to make a decsion before returning to complete the back splash without any additional charges. I previously contracted with a big box store that used outside sources and got so much run around and a lack a professionalism that I cancelled. I highly recommend Stonecrafters as the best in the industry.

Stonecrafters amazed me, not with their quality, skills, or workmanship, but with overall lack of customer service and belittling tactics. I would not recommend doing business with stonecrafters. Saved your energy and look for another company!
