I love this place and cannot help but think that the negative review is not real. I have been to Pro Nails probably 100 times in the past decade and have never had a bad experience. Great people who really care and prices that are affordable. You can't beat Pro Nails but the only way to know for sure is to give them a try like I did!

This place is a joke! I got my nails done, asked for a full set with French tips. The man who did my nails glued clear tips on my natural nails which I thought was extremely odd bc I have always had other locations use white colored tips. He then took white mail polish and literally painted my acrylic tips white. I asked him if they would chip, and he assured me that they would not. The NEXT day all the white started to chip off (I'm not hard on my hands by the way) and needless to say I was upset. I came in with my receipt and expressed that I was upset that I had spent 35 bucks for a "professional" French manicure to discover that not only had the polish completely chipped away, but the actual acrylic used around my cuticles had started to crack and chip away around my natural nails/cuticles. I came in 3 hours before they closed and they told me they "wouldn't have time" to fix my nails and they were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back there and I'm going to let everyone I know not to go there.
