I wouldn't take my pets to this murderous place. Wouldn't show proof of a bite with neeko. Wouldn't let the rehabber assist with anything. They truly don't care about animals or people. If it was up to them and you looked at them wrong they would probably want to euthanize a human. Murderers

My Pets groomer was highly recommended by a neighbor. Because my Poodle mix was badly matted I expected additional charges and a less than perfect job. I was absolutely stunned when my dog came out looking absolutely perfect. They did a great job on my Pom, also. Staff are all very friendly, the facility is modern, and prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back.

Went for a first appointment today and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Vet was amazing! We highly recommend this animal hospital.

Wonderful facility for alternative therapy. Was referred to come here by another vet for Acupuncture. Once we began coming here, we liked the staff so much we decided to use them for all our pets. Front desk staff is always welcoming,

Our dogs look forward to each and every visit, their tails start going as soon as we pull in. That says something. It is apprent that the staff really loves their jobs, and that is not apparent at every vet hospital we've been to since we are snowbirds and travel a lot. Thanks for the great care you give our kids!

After being to more pet hospitals than I can count-it finally makes sense that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! If you go to a pet hospital where they are giving away coupons, then you are going to get coupon service! This hospital is fantastic, very thorough, precise and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make sure the medicine they practice is excellent in every way. All precautions are taken with every procedure and they were explained to me in detail. The staff is the best-after losing a pet to discount procedures, I will never bargain shop for my pets again. This is my veterinarian-they are safe and I feel comfortable with everything they do.

Wonder staff, best pet care in Polk County. We will be taking all of our pets here.

DR. ERIN is our vet of choice for sure. She provided detailed exams, prioritized our Mini Schnauzer's illness cause. She was honest, direct, calm, caring and we trusted her 100%.She saved our 4 legged child and kept in touch with us the entire time. Glad to have found her! Our new puppy addition is going to her, no question!

My initial reaction to this hospital was most likely 5 stars. I took my Lop when extremely I'll with GI stasis. I had recently barrier my mother and brother during that time and I chose this vet not only due to positive reviews and that they treat rabbits but tbh also because they had a coupon for a reduced price first visit. By the time my bunny was done being treated that $35 or so visit had turned into several hundred dollars for sub Q fluids and 4 RXs (2 of which can be purchased on Amazon for a total of $15 including shipping) I couldn't afford this after the expenses associated with the deaths in my family. The office said they had a couple RXs in a donation bin which helped significantly. I am very appreciative for this. My Bun had dealt with this issue off and on since but I catch it early do there hasn't been a need to return to the vet. As mentioned above I found I could purchase these items online. My Bub just got sick again I live 30 mins away and my vehicle is in the shop so I called the office asking for an rx for the antibiotic and/or the pain med(meloxicam). I was told due to it being several months that it wouldn't be possible. I explained that I would bring him in in a few days for follow up after the car was out of the shop. They said no I needed to be seen. I explained I wouldn't want to schedule this appt and would move my bun to another vet closer and more flexible. I explained by 3 days my bun would die. I was out on the phone ,after saying I didn't want to debate this if that's how they felt I didn't need the office manager to just get on the phone to say it again and I was told that was not why I would be speaking to the om that they were going to see what they could do. OM gets on the phone ,on the defensive, telling me exactly the same thing. I explained I would send for records and she replied "I'm sorry you're upset but this is a law for humans and animals" I asked what that law was and I was told that a patient MUST be seen within 3 weeks for rx to be calls in. I clarified it's a law?!?! And she proceeded yes it is. I then explained I was a "people" nurse and that was a blatant lie. I was then told "my doctor won't call things in either " and then " it looks like we gave you medicine for free that should have made you happy" My review is now 1 star. If this is you office "policy " do NOT say it's a law says it's your policy. Nobody wants to be lied to. Also I you do something kind for someone DONT then throw it in their face later. Also if a patient asks not to be put on the phone just to be retold the same thing DONT lie and say no it's to see what we can do to help and have it be exactly what the patient asked NOT to happen. This staff needs to learn to be honest with people but I would venture to guess this won't happen while their manager is exhibiting the same bad behavior for them to follow. My bun is now very close to passing and felt other should be warned about what I found out last min. Absolutely heartbroken!!!

My pets have been coming to this place for over 3-4 years now. The very first year, I had a huge issue with what they were trying to bill me. I let that pass because people said good things about this place. The second year, I had another HUGE issue with what they were trying to sell me and bill me!!!! I let that pass.... And then today, I brought my pet to get his ears checked out. I suspected he had an ear infection. My appointment was at 2pm. At 3:15pm, I was still there, just waiting. When I told the heavyset lady my grievances, she treated me as if I owed her money and didn't pay her back. Over the years, I've spent thousands at this hospital. Today, I realized, they don't really care about your pet, what they really CARE about is making $$$ and could care less how much you feel about it. For example, they look at my dog's ears and say, "He has an infection. BUT.. we don't know what kind of infection so we have to perform MORE testing. The assistant is going to go over pricing with you. Just sign if you agree." And the doc leaves. ARE you KIDDING ME??? I brought my pet here so he could be properly diagnosed and treated. The doc said there are two medications but without further testing, she didn't know which medication to prescribe (but what she really meant to say was she would not prescribe anything unless I agreed to further testing). And after an hour and fifteen minutes, I'm just sitting there. I told them that I had to go and that I'd just buy both of the medications. They told me they could not sell me any type of medication without the test results. Upsell on the doctor's visit. Upsell on the testing. Upsell on the medication. Kept me waiting for over an hour. That's completely absurd to be kept waiting that long!!!! And treated me like I was worthless!!! Don't come here unless you want to get ripped off and treated like a deadbeat!

I won't be back. I was told I would get a call back by the end of day for status on medication that was paid for and ordered 30 days prior but didn't come in yet. I never got the call back. When the pet finally did get the injection I was told when I checked out that I would get a call the next day to see how the pet was doing. Never got that call. I'll find another vet.

The staff of this vet really knows what their doing, I felt welcomed the moment I walked in and the wait was not long at all. I went to this place years ago but the new management has really turned this place around. The doctors are nice and good to my pet and theassistants were knowledgeable and really explained everything, even pricing. They call to check on your pet and are sincere. I have been through the ringer with vets around Polk County but I am staying put, this is where my dogs and cats belong.
