Owner was very deceptive when providing a price quote over the telephone.

After providing the owner with square feet of home and all other details he gave me a price quote of approximately $75.00. As it turned out, that price covered only a small area of the living area being cleaned (not even the floor). My whole house probably would have ended up costing $400.00 or more to be fully cleaned if I had not stopped them. When I contacted the owner regarding this he was very rude and denied any such quote.
