I had an excellent experience with Tom. I called him out to deal with a broken down scale and he had it up and running the same day. We will definitely be calling him back.

Great service technician. Took a bit longer for him to get to our location than what a larger company probably could have done, but it also cost half as much, and, most importantly, the scales are running great.

Had a phenomenal experience with Tom from Lakeland Scales. He has been taking care of us for the last few months and we just aced our last inspection by the state. His rates are also significantly lower than his competitors, several of which we have tried working with in the past. I highly recommend this company, he's the best in town.
