Not really a coin dealer, more like a money changer

Mostly low grade or damaged coins. Stretching it to call it a proper coin shop

I am a coin collector and I have a fair amout of older coins and paper money. I called Hauser's about maybe selling it to them and the service I got on the phone made me not even want to go into the store. I was told that my little bit of coin didn't matter to them and they didn't have time for me. When I called vbak and asked for the manager I was informed that the man I had spoke it was the OWNER. They need to think about giving better service. I have since told everyone I know not to deal with them. I work in a bank and I see a lot of people come in asking where to go, I tell them anywhere except Hauser's. They need to consider the fact that a bad experiences travel to other people fast than good ones.
