It's got more choices than you can ever try and they have lot's of fresh veggies and salads...You CAN pick a healthy meal here if you choose wisely. The Holiday spreads are fabulous...I go early to any buffet...The longer stuff stays under heat lamps and in warming trays the quality suffers. Im not sure about ALL Golden Corral locations but the one on South Florida Ave is great.
