Spent a good deal of time with this company owner regarding cement work to be done. Assured me twice that a proposal would be forthcoming within a few days. That was a month and a half ago....No proposal, no call, did not answer my repeated calls and did not answer the phone. Calling card listed an e-mail address that does not go through. Stay awy from these people.

Several years ago we had ConcreteWorks from Lake Zurich design and install a custom decorative concrete patio at our home. They presented several ideas and helped us finalize a design plan that nicely complimented the natural stone on our home. Tom, the owner of this small, family-operated company was on the job site every day. His old-school Italian way of working was fascinating to watch as he worked along with the crew to make this patio come to life. This year we have invited ConcreteWorks back to install a new entryway to our home. We look forward to having a second decorative concrete masterpiece added to our home's hardscapping. We have a very special event being held at our home in June and know this new front door entranceway wlll really "wow" our guests!If you want top quality and a pleasant working experience then ConcreteWorks is a company you'll want to talk with about your project too!

We were impressed from the start....the owner helped us with every aspect of our new patio (size, shape, color and stamp pattern) and worked along with his crew through the entire construction process. The entire project was completed exactly as stated in our detailed written contract. Because they understand our needs and clearly specify the work to be completed, their payment terms are "pay us when the work is done and you are happy". ConcreteWorks came recommended to us from a work collegue and we will continue to do the same. We get endless compliments and our local realtor says we will get dollar for dollar back on our investment!
