I have followed this diet plan in the past and there is no doubt about it....it works if you follow it. My real beef is the people that work in the center. I think they forgot that they are supposed to be encouraging and supportive. Gosh, I miss those Weight Watcher days when everyone applauded me losing 1/2 pound. At this center, you lose 10 pounds in a couple of weeks and nothing!!! No..."that's great" Keep it up.....NOTHING. They review your food diary and just look to criticize everything you do. negativism does not work in the long run and I am so disgusted with their attitude. Makes it harder to follow the plan.My friend who moved here from Georgia and was on the plan in that state, found the same thing when she went into this center. Nasty and non supportive...shame on you!!!
