I shopped for furniture at four different stores and got my best deal here. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Delivery was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We saved over $650 on the the exact furniture that we could have bought at Ashley Furniture. The service was prompt & professional.
The owner has been in Lake Wales more than almost any businesses that are currently here and definitely takes care of his customers. We will only shop here.

Needed a couch set by a certain date that was 12 days away. The set I liked was not in stock I was talked into ordering the set there instead of going to another store because the salesman assured it would come in close to the date I needed it.

15 days later I was told set was then BACKORDERED and no way I was going to get it in time. It was already past my deadline at this point

Offered a % discount for the inconvenience.
Never received the discount even after asking about it several times. I was always told "let me look up your order and call you back"

When the set was delivered 29 days after I ordered it. One of the pieces was wrong and did not even match the rest of the set.

I had to wait an additional 15 days for the right piece to be ordered and delivered. In the meantime I was told to keep the unmatched piece which I did not want to do because I have a dog and a cat and did not want to worry about animal hair getting on a 'rental' piece

The right piece was delivered. I never did receive the compensation they offered. I was always given the runaround when I called and told I would get a call back..

If I need furniture in the future I will be shopping somewhere else

I purchased a bedroom set and the staff and owner were wonderful. They were very helpful and professional. I will definitely refer my friends and family.

We save a lot of money on our living room furniture we purchased compared to the same set at the Ashley Home store. Great service and friendly people to work with. We will be going back when we need more furniture.
