Our dryer was not working; we called Ron to schedule an appointment and just from hearing the problem he had an idea of what might be going on; we followed his instructions by phone and managed to find the piece that had the problem and learn why I had not find it before! Nice work, Ron!

This was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. He was very helpful, expert, and had my best interest in mind without reservation.

Called Ron and asked for his help with our Jenn-Air oven. It quite working on Christmas Eve in the middle of making dinner. The rest of the stove top and functions on the front worked, but the oven wouldn't turn on. He recommended we turn the breaker off for 5-10 minutes and try the oven again. IT WORKED!! this is definitely a company to call when your house appliance broke down, compare big store like Sears, charge you over $100 to come to your house, and have to wait several days for them to show up, this company is all opposite: our refrigerator broke down, so i need a quick fix, I called Sears first, they told me I need to wait till next week, so I called Affordable Appliance Repair, Ron talked to me over the phone, agree to come by that day after 7pm. When he was at the house, he checked everything, explained every steps which is really helpful for someone like me who knows nothing about electrics, and he provide us with very detail cost of each parts we would need to fix the refrigerator, after we do the math, we decided to just get a new one, and Ron even give us the suggestion on how to pick a good refrigerator. The whole process is so pleasant and knowledgeable. thanks Ron!

Thank you very much for your help. I had a emergency situation, a broken dryer with four women in the house. The technician asked me a series of questions over the phone, told me where to buy a fuse, and made sure I understood how to fix it. I arrived home with part in hand and fixed my dryer within a half hour. Thank you very very much Affordable Appliance. Good honest business. Highly recommend you call them.
