This is to assure all existing and new customers to millers central air that the staff and sales team is above any I have ever known. My air conditioner had problems and was not cooling properly, I called millers due to there superb reputation with the B.B.B. (better business bureau) and our local chamber. I had a technician at my door within fifteen minutes he's was very professional , took very good care of my home and wore shoe covers on his feet to protect my carpet flooring, this was amazing , I have never had any other contractor ever do this in my home. I was very impressed with this quality and care by the technician. He found the problem within the first fifteen minutes of diagnosing my unit and politely gave me options on repair and replacement due to my system being twenty years old. I asked for a quote for a new system to be installed due to cost of repair and the poor efficiency of my existing unit . The company sent out there Comfort Advisor and he was very informative and educated me on all options available to me and the difference between my options and how the S.E.E.R rating would reduce my overall annual cooling cost with my new purchase of a High Efficency Trane air conditioning system. After talking with my husband and the comfort advisor (Christian) ,we finally made a great choice at the kitchen counter and purchased a New Trane XL 20 system and have been extremely pleased with its performance and savings of over sixty dollars a month ,on our power bill. We will recommend everyone in our family and friends to Millers Central Air Thank you for comforting our family in our time of need.
