I am amazed by how easy it has been to quit smoking with only (2) 2-hour sessions with Nancy B. Wheeler of A Balanced Life Hypnosis in Portland, Oregon. The CD copy of our last hypnosis session has been excellent reinforcement for me and I know I will never return to the smoking habit again. I wish I had learned about the stop smoking hypnosis option and Nancy Wheeler years ago. I cannot offer a higher recommendation for her excellent services. I plan to go back to A Balanced Life Hypnosis for my next important life goal, losing 30 pounds of unhealthy weight. I can't stop telling my friends about the power of hypnosis with Nancy Wheeler.
