I have been going to this car wash for years starting when I moved to LO. I raved about the awesome job these hard working guys did. Even though I moved clear across the river, I continued to go out of my way because I felt it was worth it. I recommended many friends to this car wash. On Friday, Aug 2nd I paid $24 for nothing. It took him 10 minutes to do a job my 6-year old grandson could have done. He did not wipe the car down so it was still dirty nor clean the inside. I had to ask for a wet towel and clean the dust inside myself. It was obvious to me and to him that he half assed it; he only smirked at me. The worst unprofessionalism, customer service, and premium car wash I've ever had. I'm big on tipping but no way was I going to get cheated twice. I noticed the gal in front of me had to ask them to re-clean as well so I know it wasn't an attitude just with me. The manager must have been on vacation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

When I first pulled up, I wasn't sure about this car wash. It is laid out differently, wash first, then interior, which was a bit confusing for me. It seemed a bit dingy also. As soon as they started washing my car, I could tell they go "above and beyond" with a supervisor giving them additional instruction and the amount of time they spent getting my car free of caked-on dirt. After the wash was complete, I drove to the interior cleaning area where you can sit and watch closely the job they are doing. They spent an extensive amount of time on the interior- even cleaning my child's car seat (which was filthy). While doing the finishing touches, one of the guys turns around and hands me a very expensive, digital camera- which I thought was lost forever! I was so happy about this, I can't put it into words. It had precious pictures of our children and family. He could have easily pocketed the camera, but he turned around and handed it to me instead. He had found it lodged deeply in a seat. My car is the cleanest I've ever seen it since we bought it. Great place, and again I am reminded to not judge a book by it's cover. And I gave the guy a nice, big tip = ) A Happy Lady
