Be careful!!!!

Purchased a sectional just about 2 years ago. Wanted real leather and a good sectional to last. Well 1.5 years in the paint on the leather is pealing, the cushions are deflated and the motor on the sectional isn't working fully.

Called the warranty place to get it fixed..after 4 months they can't do anything. Key furniture isn't helping either. How can a company not back what they sell? The best part is the manager said they no longer carry the brand. That tells me it is a bad brand.

Do not recommend anyone use KEY they don't help customers and do not back what they sell!

Great buying experience! We purchased a living room set a few months ago then had a warrantee issue arise with our sofa. The people at Key Home Furnishings stood by their product, promise, and warrantee and took care of my sofa and fixed my problem completely! For this reason I will bring all of my repeat business back with Key Home Furnishings because I know I will always have a product with a company that stands behind it. We have never come to key without finding something we like and want and the staff is great! They are all helpful but never in your face. We love our tables and book cases we have gotten a lot of furniture here the list can go on and on (laugh). This is seriously my favorite store.

I had my bed picked out, a price negotiated (at least $200.00 lower then the other cheap mattress places in town), free delivery, and free removal set within 15 minutes. No complaints!
