Freezing Cold in the Theater making your Kids Sick!!!
On 1-13-2017 at 10:45 it's 32 degrees outside here in Lake Jackson, Texas. It's freezing cold, and it's 46 degrees in theater #4 and #6. NO HEAT !! NONE! Can you believe they are still selling you and your kids tickets? I have never seen such a cheap, money hungary scheme in my life. One hour into the movie you will be stunned by the cold, with coat, hat and gloves on! This will make your kids sick people. I hope you didn't drop them off and not know the conditions in the theater ! Unbelievable !! The theater management when I found them (Robert) stated they had a sign on the door...that's it! I went to look, and sure enough among all the signs there was one that said not heat in some theaters. I swear it's a crime! Your kids didn't see it, the lady selling tickets didn't tell a soul, and the dang sign does not make it ok!! I am going to contact the City of Lake Jackson at the Health Department and report this. It's a crime! Non-refundable once the movie starts! Cheap trick if you ask me! But, a real crime against kids that sought to see a movie, and suffered in the cold for over 2 hours! I would not rate this place even one star....but that's the least they let me put here. Watch your family, keep them safe, check this cheap scheming theater out....before you leave your kids. These theaters with no heat should not have been open to the public, instead shut them down !! All this misery for them to make a dollar....it's a crime, I swear it is!!!

I enjoy the place. Some are small, but I like it when all my family goes & we fill up almost half of it. Usually good service, usually clean, bathrooms are large enough and clean. Thanks !
