Mr. Emerald failed to follow through with a task related to paying a $1000 debt after our home sale closing. The payee's attorney did not receive the $1000 and after repeated requests to Mr. Emerald he is non-responsive. We have reason to believe he has gone out of business and kept the $1000. We have called and left repeated messages and offered to keep paying him to close out the task.
