I'm gonna try and be nice here... but I'm also going to be honest. Tony's a JERK! I have never dealt or done business with such a selfish and ignorant individual before. Apparently the date I was told @ the marina was wrong. This year the lake drain was sooner than it has been in the past. Seems that every 5 years the date is earlier than the past 4 years. This was told to me by the Lake Hopatcong authorities. They also told me all marinas are aware and have been notified about this. Why in heaven would I get a call 5PM telling me... "You better get up here quick - the level is down and dangerously low... there's danger of your boat being damaged against the docks... and by the way... my ramp is closed." "Why didn't you tell me this sooner?" I asked... "You didn't pay me for winter storage yet". I guess the $2300 he got from me for the summer he doesn't consider me as a 'Customer' any more. All I can say is... Tony, go hibernate for the winter. 1 star is too many!

I recently brought my boat here for service to have the shifter/throttle cable replaced. $400 later to come pick the boat up to find it wasn't done right and still stuck in gear. Waited to have the tech look at it, he got it out of gear but for me to bring it home and find out now it won't go into drive!!! Someone else looked at the boat and said the newly installed cable wasn't adjusted correct. I called the Katz back to let them know and to have them adjust this cable to be told, "oh we're all booked up, can't work on it."

Horrible service!!!
