CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

i went to pick up my tires that i ordered online .They said there computer was down.so i said well here is my receipt. they said they could not give me the tires because there computer was down.i was in shock that this store could not help me .dont they have a plan B when something like this happens.and then the guy at the front desk just leaves and is no where to be found with people waiting.they should just close for good

Horrible place, will never go back again.
Got a groupon deal and now I know why they are trying to bring business in.

Groupon was for full synthetic oil change.
Got there at 10am and he said he doesn't have anything open until Tuesday. Went online and made an appointment for 1pm the same day. Got there at 1pm and he said to come back at 4pm.

Got there at 4pm and he said he is only doing the oil change. Not doing any of the complimentary checks that are listed on the groupon.

Also said it's going to take 1 hour, 45 minutes for an oil change.

Next time I'll bring my business elsewhere that can actually do the work and doesn't lie about what's included.


Stay away from this establishment!

Nice store, decent prices. Sears is reliable and sometimes has good sales..most of the staff is friendly
