I wouldn't trust Jared with any repairs. I don't know why they are so successful. If it was a neighborhood store, it would go out of business.

Resent visit: Came in for screw backs for my earrings. Girl was very nice. Gave me the screw back. Went to car to put in. Was wrong size. Went back in to get the right size.

Previous Visits: 1)Watch battery change. (worked for one day then quit) I then went to another jewelry store and battery worked perfectly. 2) Jewelry appraisal. Told that engagement diamond was not real. (went to another appraiser, it was real with original numbers inscribed. Went back to Jared. Told me that because it was dirty, thought it was fake. 3) had band of grandmothers ring changed because it was worn out. Had Jared replace band. Band broke off ring within a month.
