Horrible. My husband went in on 12/11/2014 for a routine exam, as usual the office took xrays, he was told he needed deep root cleaning and would need to pay between $300-700. Really I have been to the dentist regularly and had no problems or even a statement indicating deep root cleaning. Now all of a sudden a new dentist a new cost. First I felt like I was buying a used car. hey way I was shuffled around. The charged me for the xrays and REFUSED to clean my teeth. Don't waste your time at this office its part of the Marketplace where you are just a dollar sign$$$$$. I had to give this establishment a star however, they should be starless.

I am tired of doctors getting over on patients giving subpar work. I would not recommend this place for anything besides cleaning. I had chipped teeth and crowns put in from this place. The fillings kept falling out just by flossing... I was then told after the second filing replacement that they were not covered to fix and I had to go out of pocket and tried to upsale me veeners. I feel floss should not cause this. I also paid 1k plus for a crown. When it was put in I complained it didn't feel right. A couple years later while flossing the entire cap falls out... I go in and the dentist says the cap was made too big... and it looks like the repeated flossing in that tight area caused it to fall out... they could make it work but gold will be showing. OR I can buy a new one... Nicki is the money lady.. who comes in to talk about money and insurance. But when I have a complaint she talks to me as if she is the actual dentist that preformed the dental work. I write this as I sit in their chair waiting on their next excuse to get money out of me instead of fixing their bad work. I will be going back to my old dentist in yorba linda. DONT BE FOOLED... OAK GROOVE AND mARKETPLACE HAVE THE SAME SUB-PAR DENTIST!
