I can't say enough how wonderful this small hospital is. We've been part-time residents for 2 years. I was experiencing terrible pain in my stomach...this pain has been around for some time but was getting increasingly worse. I had visited the hospital down the hill near our full time home a few times earlier only to be told it was something else. ER doc, Dr. Wilson, went the extra mile and tested me for gallstones. He diagnosed this in a short period of time; pain meds administered and I chose to go back to my regular hospital to have the surgery right away. "BIGGER DOES NOT MEAN BETTER"! I was in and out if hospital in half the time as other ER rooms. Excellent response from Doc, nurse Terry and entire staff. Thank you Mountain Community Hospital!!! We are lucky to have you..

Was taken care of quickly at admit, nurse was professional, iv and blood draw almost painless. Dr. Quickly came in and have me much needed pain relief and issued tests. Was so well cared for. Luckily it was diagnosed as something treatable. Would go back there again. Lucky to have this hospital on the mountain!

Today I ripped a tendon and maybe a vein in my foot my blood pressure is normally around 90 over 60 ish. I am not anemic hypoglisimic diabetic or epileptic. I lost a good amount of blood. Then stopped bleeding. Foot was throbbing. Extreem pain I pulled my car over and parked. Turned engine off took keys out. Opened my door tilted my chair back and was trying to controll my breathing due to the fact that I felt I was faint from severe pain. I passed out for a few mins. My friend said it looked like I had a seizure. I have absolutely no medical history if seizures fainting yes seizures no. Your dr. Dr. Cibelli jr. Ludwig took pee and two vials of my blood. There was nothing wrong. Then told me based on unfounded assumptions that he was sending a letter to the DMV stating I had a lapse of consciousness. Which is false. And negatively impacts my life. He said for me to go to another dr. And get a mind wave scan After he decided to enact motions to have my lisc suspended. I have no worries that I will show no signs of seizures because I have had none in 40 years that I have lived. He wasn't listening to what I communicated. And decided he wanted me to take Dilantin for seizures when there is no foundation or diagnosis or proof of that. Didnt do a catscan didn't having any thing that backed up anything he said. I got upset because this was not professional. All they did for my real injury on my foot was poke at it and slap a bandaids n it after squirting it with astringent and wetting the bed sheets I was laying in. Yes I peed my pants when I passed out the few times I fainted from heat and or pain In my life I have also peed my pants while I fainted. That doesn't constitute that I had a seizure and should be punished and my life made harder by some incompetent dr. Who is working the system and only cares about $$$ . I called to speak with a supervisor and reached Julie lowen who told me she was the supervisor of the entire hospital who had already a biased opinion and of course is going to cover for her dr.s and had been there at the time that I was mis diagnosed and mistreated by your dr. They had threatened to call the cops on me after this and after upsetting me There were 8 of your employees standing around waiting like they wanted to tackle me just because I was not listened to and a dr that likes to negatively impact people's lives and not tend to their real injuries based on unfounded lazy assumptions and unprofessional hearsay. I left. And told them that next time I am hurt and need medical care I won't go to the Hospital because there is no way your doctors can be trusted to do a professional job . and they don't care about patients on SSI with medi cal the quality of care I received was shameful. My foot is still bleeding. All they did was make assumption to shuffle me off somewhere else so they can get paid for doing as little as possible. I watched them do that with the entire room of ER patients today. They don't want to accurately determine what issues medically people are comming in for its easier to avoid the real issues and tell you to go somewhere else. I will not take any medication for any condition that I do not have and that there is no proof of me having. And I do not feel I should be put on restriction for seeking medical aid by a dr who has no conclusive proof or anything in my history documenting any history of things such.
