Established in 2013. The Pizza Connection is Maui's newest mobile pizza oven. Available for catering, events, and pizza parties! Find us throughout the week in front of AAAAA Rent A Space, Kaanapali, HI. Owners Andy and Jamy share similar travel backgrounds from Italy to New Mexico. It is here on Maui where they worked at a local restaurant making pizzas that they decided to start their own biz. From years of experience, Andy's keenness for just the right tomato sauce and dough which inspired the idea for TPC paired with Jamy's support and kitchen skills, they knew they could offer some delicious product. Wanting to use fresh ingredients and green energy, we purchase local produce from small farms, make our own hand rolled dough, have local wood for the oven, and installed solar panels on the trailer.Established in 2013.
