Completely Unreliable!Based upon several recommendations, I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for today. I called and left a message to reconfirm this morning. The same lady who made the appointment yesterday returned my call and proceeded to scold me as she said that my message was unclear. And then, she said that she did not have me scheduled. She admitted making a mistake but then proceeded to refuse services. What a nightmare! Do not schedule with Mario or MB Appliance. It will be a complete let-down.

Very prompt and thorough service! Mario went the extra mile to insure we got our repair work done before we had to leave Maui. Thanks

Is there any other appliance repair in Lahaina? Don't know, don't care. These guys take great care of us!! Lynn is always fun to talk to, and Mario is awesome and can fix a lot of things on the spot!!

Having been a property Manager and Owner for many years on Maui...This is the go to company for any appliance related issues! Both Lynne and Mario go above and beyond to provide their services! Respectful to Owners and Guests prompt and courteous...THE BEST!!!

I would give this company a 5***** review. Lynn, who answers the phone, is most patient with us nervous condo owners wanting immediate attention. Mario is not only good at his job, but respectful of the clients renting the condos. I am so lucky to have this company to depend upon for appliance repair.
