Every time I call this place they are SO helpful. Occasionally it may take them some time to answer their phone if you call during the middle of the day because they are always so busy at that time, but otherwise they are great. I buy used tires from this place and if they don't have them, they keep a look out for them and put my name on them when they come in. They are fast and efficient as well, even if I just walk in. I would recommend this place to anyone. I'll never go anywhere else for my tires.

Been buying tires from them for 25 years. I have sent them at least 40 customers. They always have the best price and are quick. Everything great unless you have a problem. They recommended a set of tires for my car at over $1000.00. I just trusted them and had them installed. Turns out they were noisy to the point that I could not tolerate them on my luxury car. Basically they treated me like I was a jerk when I asked them to do something for me. I know I didn't save enough over the years to make up for the $1000.00 I lost by having to junk my tires with 1200 miles on them. I won't be back

I wouldn't know if they are any good, because they NEVER answer their phone. How irritating!

I first went to these folks to get a bead on some threaded bolts for a 72 bug that had them stripped out by some wrench monkey at another autoshop. The big guy was recommended by my father-in-law as a source. Sure enough, even though he didn't carry the part himself, he was on the phone (yeah, that is usually him on the phone at the front counter - juggling so many balls at once it is a bit scary!) to a local guy that could set me up with a set of four that afternoon.

That was 1995 - I have never...NEVER EVER NEVER bought tires anywhere else since.



I walk in and every time I know that I will be listend to, advised, and have service done in a timely manner with no b/s, no hard sell, and by people that live, breath and eat this stuff everyday.



It isnt' just the guys that they have out front - the secret is the guys they have working in the back. They are as driven to give their focused attention to you as the guys on the phones.



More than once I have rolled up with a leak here or there and someone has come out, jacked up the car, inspected the injured paw and either broke out the patch kit or found a solution that worked like no one's business. And I always feel kind of sheepish going since they do know the work so well, but I am never made to feel like the white collar wonk that I am.



So, if you want only one place to go that will keep you coming back - go get tuckered! You will be glad you did!
