On 9/24/15 at 8 at night I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. Lady charged me for the wrong order and then charged me again.. While waiting for my food every employee went to the back and no one was up front. As someone who works in fast food I'm pretty understanding but as for what me and others in the drive they witnessed, there is no excuse to wait that long for food. I will not be returning
