Provided by YP.comI can't really imagine what reviewer Mom O is talking about. I had children in this school for 6 years. They were both treated with dignity and respect. We as parents were treated with dignity and respect. I did a lot of research into Montessori schools locally, when I was trying to decide where to send my son after 1st grade. I have evaluated many local Montessori schools and I can say without hesitation that this is one of the best. They are true to the Montessori principals. They attempt to place each child in the correct classroom for his/her temperament and they take education very seriously. Debbie McLane is a professional educator and administrator and my experiences with her have never been anything less than exemplary. If you believe in the Montessori method and live in the local area, you can't go wrong with this school.

Provided by YP.comAfter reading some of the reviews recently posted on here I could not help but share my own experience. I have two children that went to the school from 2-6 years old. At the time both of our children graduated they had tested a full grade ahead of where they were supposed to be. I am a true believer in the Montessori Method and would recommend it to all parents with young kids. As far as the teachers go, I could not have been happier. The teachers there really know how to bring out the full potential of the kids and really work on teaching them to be polite and well mannered. For being a business that has in excess of 200 kids, it was very surprising to see how clean and sanitary all the classrooms were. A reviewer below brought into question the safety of the children. I am not really sure how the classrooms could have been unsafe. There are always two teachers in the room, and there is really nothing out of the ordinary in the classrooms that should bring anyone cause for concern. As far as the playground goes, it is fully gated and kids at play are going to fall and have accidents. I have a feeling they are just one of the few disgruntled customers that all businesses will have for any reason and felt the need to stoop down to take a low blow at the schools reputation. As far the review by Mom. O, maybe had she attended Laguna Niguel Montessori as a child, she would have recognized all the improper grammar and punctuation in her statement. I would hope that if you are considering Laguna Niguel Montessori you will read all the reviews and then go in and see for yourself and make your opinion up. Maybe find a parent that is taking their kids to school or picking them and pick their brain about his/her experiences.

Provided by YP.comBe careful. This school has serious issues with classroom safety and security, and the administrator's attitude is well, nothing has happened yet. Your feedback and concerns will fall on deaf ears.

Provided by YP.comAll I can say, is you must visit this school before making a final decision on your child's placement. A fully accredited Montessori school and it really shows. I'll admit I'm a bit of a "helecopter" parent, but after seeing at least 10 schools, this one just "felt" right.

Provided by YP.comI've looked at most of the schools in the area and Laguna Niguel Montessori is by far the nicest! The staff seemed extremely professional and the school is clean!! Good track record from what I could determine from those I've personally talked to. My son has been enrolled for 7 months and I've quite happy with my choice.
