Be careful when using this place! Although I placed my order online at 10 AM, and the delivery address is no more than 5 miles from their shop, the flowers did not get delivered until 5:30 PM. Not only that, but when they were delivered, they were addressed to me instead of my husband and there was no card with the message I entered online. Thankfully I was there when the flowers were delivered because they probably would have sat there all day with my husband thinking that they were for me instead of him, and probably wondering who the heck was sending his wife flowers! When I called the shop, I expressed my disappointment that the message I included in my online order was not included with the delivery. It was a special occasion for my husband and men rarely get flowers, so the message was super important to me. Instead, I had to read him the message from my email! I was told by a woman (assuming one of the owners) that the recipient was the same as the person who submitted the order. At that time I stated that I had checked the "gift" selection online and entered my message that I wanted for the recipient...it even showed in my email confirmation! Although the flowers look nice, the whole point of spending the money to have flowers delivered (which we all know is nothing short of thievery) instead of picking some up at the store is so that the recipient feels special and surprised when they not only get flowers, but also the included sentiment. The lady was not very sympathetic and kept insisting that the recipient was the same as the person who ordered them. She did apologize for it after I told her I would send her my email confirmation, but never offered compensation of any sort. I have since sent the email confirmation to them explaining the situation and my disappointment. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and send that to them before posting a review online, but they have not bothered to get back to me with even so much as an apology.



The reason I am even giving it 2 stars is because I can say that the flowers are pretty and have lasted a good amount of time. If you do order from this shop out of convenience, please make sure you call them to ensure your message is included with your flowers.
