Ross Tire & Service has always been courteous, professional, and honest. We have never been disappointed. When we have a problem, they have handled it on the spot. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

They don't care about customer satisfaction. Surprised to discover this but its true! Spent $924 for set of tires (bal, 4 wheel alignment) Bal. twice in 20K miles, the last rotation at Ross Tire 7000 miles ago. No mention of alignment problem. Brought in at 20K miles on tires told all 4 needed to be replace. Ask for some help ANY KIND OF HELP toward the cost of purchasing a new set of tires from Ross was told my situation was discussed with manager and NO. No help None. If they would have given me a $50.00 discount toward the price of the new set of tires they would have kept my business. In 30 year in retail sales it is one of the dumbest business decisions I have ever seen. Proof positive to me that they don't care about satisfying their customer if it cost them anything. I purchased a new set of tires from a competitor and my large family willnever purchase tires from Ross Tire. I will share my bad experience with as many people as I can.

Great service, but the New Iberia location has much cheaper pricing for the same service. For example, a front end alignment at the Lafayette location was about $60.00 where the New Iberia location did the same thing for $44.95!!! I'd go to either location for service, but only the New Iberia location for price.
