Poor custoer service- over priced- basically a rip off. Called for a repair on my treadmill- technician came out and made no repairs. The charge for him just to come out was over $100! I foolishly called them again 5/2016 for a repair on our Samsung electric dryer. The service repairman came out. He did a half @$$ inspection of the dryer and said the charge to fix the heating element would be over $300!! We did not agree with his findings or the price. We declined his repairs and payed $50 which was the charge for him coming to our home. The Sears repairman did not put the screws back into our dryer and left things in a messy way. We had another repairman (from elsewhere) come out and the heating element was not the issue and the repair did not cost $300. I would not recommend Sears for any repairs. I do not feel they are trustworthy

Outstanding service. Tech was knowledgible and proficient. Arrived on schedule and performed in a timely manner. Billed as quoted. Highly recommend.
