I have a large lawn and in the fall had them do a clean up for me. They were to trim bushes and general clean up. They were difficult to get to come out. It took several phone calls and when they finally came they sent some kid who was one of the worst workers I have EVER encountered. The trimmed the bushes and left about 50% of what they trimmed in the rocks and other landscaped areas. It took me hours to clean up their mess. I would never have them back for any reason. A ten year old child could have done a better job than this person did. Obviously they have people working for them who are not managed or properly trained yet you are paying a fairly high rate for their services.

Longs Peak Sprinklers sent a service man to my home. He was prompt and friendly. They were honest about my older sprinkler system and had several options for me - not just trying to do some work and move on. I look forward to working with them again. Boulder Resident.

I particularly chose this firm to do my repairs based on the glowing review. The first available appointment was more than a week away, but I felt it would be worth it. Now, more than a week later and an hour and a half prior to my SCHEDULED appointment, the repairman called me telling me he needed to cancel. He went so far as to suggest that I find someone else to perform my service--so that's what I'm going to do. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

They have been in business many years. Prompt and Professional.Can schedule and communicate with email if you want.They are the best I have used. Finally a company that I trust. I'll be a loyal customer. I highly recommend them.
